Welcome to KodingKidz!

By using KodingKidz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for your child, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

• 👨‍👩‍👧Parent accounts must be created by adults (18+). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• 👧Child profiles are created and managed by parents. Children cannot create their own accounts.
• 🔑Keep your password and your child's PIN secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• 🚫We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

• 🆓Free Plan: Access to limited games, 1 child profile, and 10 AI questions per day.
• 👑Pro Plan: Unlimited games, up to 5 child profiles, unlimited AI assistant, and advanced analytics.
• 💳Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• 🔄You can cancel your subscription at any time from the parent dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable Use

When using KodingKidz, you agree not to:

• ❌Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• ❌Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• ❌Use automated tools to scrape or interfere with the platform.
• ❌Upload harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content.

Content & Intellectual Property

All games, graphics, text, and other content on KodingKidz are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

KodingKidz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
